To book please complete either of the following options;

1] Online Booking Form

2] Postal Booking Form

You will need a PDF reader for the postal form which is available for free. Click Here.

Once you have submitted the Online Booking Form or we have received your completed Postal Booking Form, you will receive an email invoice to pay a non-returnable deposit of £150 per week. Please print the invoice and post it with a cheque to:

Ian & Susan Selmes, 19 Foxhill, Whissendine, Rutland, LE15 7HP.

The remainder of the cost should then be paid no less than six weeks before your visit begins. We will then send you arrival details.

If you are booking within six weeks of your visit then the initial invoice will be for the full cost of the rental and should be paid immediately.


Cancellation

If you have to cancel your holiday it is important that you inform us by telephone (01664 474715) followed by immediate written confirmation by post or by email.

Please note that once your booking has been made you are liable for the whole cost of the let. If you cancel a booking, we will try to re-let the Cottage. If it is re-let we will refund any monies which have been paid by you, less the deposit. If we are unable to re-let the Cottage, there shall be no obligation on our part to repay any rent paid.

We strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance to cover the cost of your holiday.
